The artwork

Permission to go slowly.

The snail has it figured out. No rush, no race, just the ground in front of it and a mushroom for a roof. A small, kind instruction for the days that need permission to go slowly.

Slowness has substance to it. In psychedelic therapy nothing is hurried: preparation takes weeks, the session itself lasts hours, and integration unfolds over months. And the research on attention keeps agreeing with the snail: minds do their deepest work at walking pace, not at speed.

Permission to go slowly, printed where you can see it. 10% of every sale funds research into psychedelic therapy.
