Returns & Refunds
Everything is made to order, so we ask you to choose with care — but if something's wrong, we'll always put it right. Here's exactly how returns work.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send it back, just email a photo within 30 days of delivery. This is at no cost to you.
Changed your mind
UK
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel. Return the item to us, unworn and unwashed (and prints undamaged), within 14 days of telling us — you cover the return postage — and we'll refund your original payment method as soon as it (or proof of posting) reaches us. We'll give you a return address when you get in touch.
EU
EU customers have the same 14-day right to cancel. Just contact us and we'll arrange your refund to your original payment method — you won't need to post anything back.
Rest of the world
Outside the UK and EU we offer an exchange or store credit on change-of-mind orders.
Wrong size
Tell us and we'll make the correct size and send it — keep or donate the first one. Because every piece is printed for you when you order, please check the size guide before buying.
The give-back stands
The fixed donation from your order is honoured whether or not you're refunded. We never claw it back.
How to start a return
Email hello@stemandcap.co with your order number and, for a faulty item, a photo. We aim to reply within one working day.
