These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Stem & Cap. By ordering, you agree to them.

Who we are

Our products

We sell apparel and fine-art prints inspired by psychedelic mushrooms, mycology and neuroscience. Everything is made to order by our print-on-demand partner once you buy. Please see our note on our products & content — we sell art and clothing, not substances.

Orders and the contract

When you place an order you'll receive an acknowledgement email. A binding contract forms once we accept your order (when we confirm it's gone into production). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP (£). We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Delivery is charged or shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment provider. We may change prices, but not for orders already accepted.

Delivery

Made-to-order items are produced and then shipped — see our Shipping & Delivery page for production and delivery times by region. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel, returns and refunds

If you're in the UK or EU you have a statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 days, and you have rights if an item is faulty. How we handle returns, refunds and faulty items — and who covers return postage — is set out in full in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and branding on this site are owned by Stem & Cap and may not be copied, resold or reproduced without our permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to its artwork.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our content unlawfully.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for things that can't be excluded by law (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, we're not liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes fall to its courts. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country.
