Sip, sit, integrate.
The work doesn't always look like work. Sometimes it's two hands around a warm cup, steam climbing, and a quiet hour with nowhere else to be. The steam on this one branches into mushrooms because of what the hour is for.
Every culture that takes reflection seriously has built a ritual like this around a hot drink, and integration borrows the same furniture. The big experience supplies the material; the sitting-down afterwards, cup in hand, is where it gets worked into a life. Small, repeatable, unhurried. That's the mechanism, not a break from it.
